What is ice climbing?
Ice climbing is a form of mountaineering that involves ascending walls made from frozen waterfalls or ice structures. Using tools such as crampons and ice axes, this activity combines technique, strength, and a deep connection with the winter wilderness.
No previous experience is required. You need enough physical stamina for occasional pulling with your arms and must be comfortable with heights.
