For the vast majority of activities, you do not. The professionals at PirineoSur.eswill make things easier and help you overcome difficulties, while setting a pace suited to your aerobic fitness. If you have any doubts, however, we recommend taking a training activity beforehand, during which your guide will teach and support you in achieving the results you are looking for.
When you place an order, an email containing the order details is generated automatically. If you notice any error or omission, you can cancel the order by replying to that email and specifying the error concerned.
The customer may withdraw from the services requested or booked and is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid, but must compensate PirineoSur.es in the amounts set out below:
Administration and cancellation charges amount to 5% of the total advance payment made when booking if cancellation takes place between 6 and 4 days before the programme starts; 10% between 3 and 2 days before; and 20% within the 24 hours before departure.
Failure to attend on the date and at the time specified by PirineoSur.eswill result in the loss of the advance payments made.
If the activity is cancelled in full because of the weather or dangerous mountain conditions, the amount for that day’s activity will be refunded, or a postponement voucher will be issued for another day. If the activity has already started or is shortened during its course for any reason, no amount paid will be refunded. For these reasons, PirineoSur.es will communicate any possible adjustments or changes in advance, once our guides have studied the weather forecasts, to avoid inconvenience and cancellations unwanted by either party.
Any mountain activity requires an understanding of the physical effort and technical difficulties involved. This gives you a clearer idea of whether you can take part. The guides at PirineoSur.es are patient, understanding professionals who set a slow pace adapted to each person’s specific needs. Canyoning descents may be cancelled because of very heavy rain causing rising water levels. If we are already in the activity area, the decision is the guide’s. When the weather is unsettled, the guides normally use their extensive local knowledge to choose the safest canyons for the conditions. In all cases, if the activity does not take place, we will refund your money.
