Prepare to climb Aconcagua in the Argentine Andes, the highest mountain in the Americas and a Seven Summits objective. PirineoSur and Mirando al Sur–Viajes de Montaña organise a twenty- to twenty-one-day expedition, with 2027 dates to be confirmed.

The normal route does not require technical climbing, but altitude, cold and sustained effort make this a demanding expedition. Previous winter mountain or alpine trekking experience and excellent fitness are required.

The programme includes a high mountain guide from Spain, pre-trip preparation and a progressive acclimatisation strategy. Logistics and camp arrangements follow the detailed programme.
