Explore the Western Pyrenees on a ski-touring traverse between the Aspe and Hecho valleys. The programme features mountains such as Bisaurín, Secús and Punta Agüerri.
The two-day trip combines uphill travel on skins and mountain descents. Your guide chooses the route according to snow, weather and the group’s experience.
Trips run from January to April for 1 to 6 people, at a high level. Read the prerequisites, itinerary and equipment list, then confirm departure arrangements with PirineoSur in Jaca.
This physically demanding 2-day ski tour involves more than 1,100 m of ascent and descent. Regular mountain experience and good endurance are essential. You must be physically and mentally prepared for daily ascents of 1,300 m.
Previous ski-touring experience, the ability to ski on ungroomed snow, and basic mountaineering skills with crampons and an ice axe are required. Tell us before the activity about any heart condition or other relevant health issue so that the guide can take it into account.
