Programme

A moderate level of fitness is needed for 3–4 hours of canyoning. Previous experience is not compulsory; you should be able to swim or at least feel comfortable in the water.

This level is particularly recommended for participants who have completed level 1 or already have some canyoning experience, especially sporty and adventurous adults and young people looking for more excitement without major technical difficulties.

Comfortable sports clothing for the mountain walk to the canyon entrance.
A bag for spare clothing in case yours gets wet, a water bottle and food.
For canyoning and rafting, bring lace-up shoes with rubber soles and good ankle support, such as canyoning shoes, sports shoes or hiking shoes. Also bring a spare pair to change into at the car.
For snowshoeing: snow boots, warm hat, glasses, gloves and sunscreen.
Swimwear, towel and warm, dry clothes for after the canyon.
If you wear glasses or contact lenses, bring a suitable way to prevent losing them during the activity.

10:00: Meet at the PirineoSur office in Jaca and collect wetsuits. 10:30: Drive to the canyon. 11:00: Start canyoning. 14:30: Finish the descent. 15:00: Return the equipment. 16:00: Return to Jaca.

Day 2: rafting

10:00: Meet at the PirineoSur base in Murillo de Gállego. 10:30: Transfer to the rafting start point. 11:00: Begin the descent. 14:30: Finish the activity.
